
Got Cellulite? Me too!
No matter how we sugar coat it, cellulite just plain ol’ sucks! The dimples, dents and orange peel skin is just not very pleasing to the eye.
Have you ever felt like your bottom half looks like you rolled around in gravel?
Well, you are not alone! 80-90% of women experience cellulite at some point in their lives. I have had cellulite since my 20s, that’s 20 plus years I’ve been dealing with this folks!

There are so many reasons this lumpy, bumpy nuisance is keeping you from smooth, supple skin.
While men experience bouts of cellulite also, this dilemma is primarily a WOMAN THING! No, it’s not from sitting on our butts all day, although sitting or standing in one spot for too long of a period a day could increase your risk.
Despite our glorious goddess-like bodies we are equipped with thinner skin and less muscles than our male counterparts. So maybe we should start with toning our asses up! Literally.

Along with cardio exercises like WALKING, biking, swimming and dancing we should add some toning exercises.
Tone those bottoms with:
Squats, lunges and kickbacks. You can add light weights or medium weights or just use that body weight of yours to add resistance.
How low can you go?
Well, don’t go too low to hurt yourself or cause an injury. You are gonna need to keep getting those miles or steps in. Losing weight, when needed, is a STEP in the right direction to eliminate some of those dimples.
